Do I need robotics experience?
No prior robotics experience? No problem!
URC Malaysia welcomes participants of all skill levels — whether you’re just getting started or already building bots in your bedroom.
If you have the passion to learn and explore, we’ve got your back. Leading up to the competition, you’ll be invited to exclusive workshops and webinars where our trainers will guide you step-by-step on how to build, code, and prepare your robot for the challenge. So, bring your curiosity — we’ll handle the rest!
Can I join without a team?
Yes, don’t worry
You can still join URC Malaysia. Simply register for the Robotics Game Challenge category, which is specially designed for individual participants. It’s the perfect way to get in the game, sharpen your skills, and still have a blast, even if you don’t have a team (yet!).
How do I buy the kit if I don’t have one?
If you do not currently have a kit, please refer to our Robotics Set Packages on pages 14 and 15 of the Competition Handbook. We are offering a special promotion during the competition period; however, please note that stocks are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
